The EFA Link · May 6, 22:56 by Shannon Wynter

So, the EFA got a take down notice for This Link (Warning: Graphic photos, not advisable for the young or the weak stomached)

In support of free speech on the internet, I’m going to keep this link here as long as I can. Threats of fines should not be used to silence the voices of people… Pro-abortion or anti-abortion they should both have the right to speak their minds and show their photos.

Now, I’ve tried a little twist of the paradigm, I’m not linking directly to the content – I’m using the URL forwarding service http://tinyurl.com

The questions are now:
1: Does the ACMA need to classify the tinyurl link?
2: Can the ACMA legally threaten with a takedown notice for a link they haven’t clssified?
3: How long until I get one as it’ll have to go through my ISP to me seeing as I am my own host.

  1. Damn straight, someone willing to test the link to a link argument. Me like!
